Lady Antebellum Spend Second Week Atop Billboard Albums Chart With "Need You Now"

Los Angeles, CA, United States (CNS) - Lady Antebellum spends a second week at #1 on the Billboard Albums chart with "Need You Now." The album sells 209,000 copies in its second week. It bowed with 481,000 copies. Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" is the first country album to spend its first two consecutive weeks at #1 since Dixie Chicks' "Taking the Long Way" in 2006.
Lil Wayne debuts at #2 with "Rebirth," his rock-oriented album which moves 176,000 copies its first week. It's a far cry from the 1,006,000 copies his album "The Carter III" debuted with in 2008. Nick Jonas & the Administration's debut, "Who I Am," moved 82,000 copies in its first week. It's the first solo departure for Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers.
Lady Gaga's "The Fame" drops a spot to #4 this week, selling 79,000 copies. Benefitting from a Grammy boost is the "2010 Grammy Nominees" compilation, which moves up to #5 from #8 last week and sells 71,000 copies.
The Black Eyed Peas jump to #6 from #10 last week with "The E.N.D.," which sells 70,000 copies this week. Their single "Imma Be" is the #1 Hot Digital Song this week as well. Taylor Swift's "Fearless" is up to #7 after Album of the Year win at the Grammy Awards, moving another 53,000 copies.
At #8 is a debut from Rob Zombie, who releases his "Hellbilly Deluxe 2" 12 years since the 1998 release of "Hellbilly Deluxe." Susan Boyle drops from #4 to #9 this week with her debut album "I Dreamed a Dream," which sells 46,000 copies. At #10, Zac Brown Band get a boost from their Grammy appearance. After 64 weeks on the chart, the album appears in the Top 10 for the first time, selling 40,000 this week.
