NZ regulator to inquire into mobile services

WELLINGTON, Nov 6 - News Zealand's competition regulator said on Thursday it would start an inquiry into whether the price of connecting mobile phone users to different networks should be regulated.
A local unit of Britain's Vodafone Plc <VOD.L> and incumbent telco Telecom Corp <TEL.NZ> operate New Zealand's two cell phone networks. but resell their services to smaller third party operators such as TelstraClear <TLS.NZ>.
