[.KA] * The net outflow of foreign investment in the stock market was $71,559 on Monday. The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> slid 103.84 points, or 1.04 percent, at 9,908.39. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> dropped 9.45 points, or 0.89 percent, at 1,056.74. The Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> declined 15.07 points, or 0.70 percent, to close at 2,126.05. [.N] * Oil sank below $72 a barrel on Tuesday, after rising nearly 1 percent the day before, weighed down by nagging worries over an uncertain demand outlook and the fiscal health of some euro zone countries. U.S. crude for March delivery <CLc1> sank 37 cents to $71.25 a barrel by 0258 GMT, after settling up 70 cents at $71.89 per barrel on Monday.
