NATO said Wednesday that four armed men died in a Tuesday night operation conducted by Afghan and coalition forces in Naway-e-Barakzayi district. The coalition says each man presented a separate and immediate threat to the patrol. However, Daud Ahmadi, spokesman for the governor of Helmand province, said villagers are reporting that the four killed _ a man, his two sons and his nephew _ were all civilians. Ahmadi says the identities of those killed are being investigated.
