NEW YORK (Billboard) - Adam Lambert's new single "Time for Miracles", which anchors the soundtrack to the upcoming apocalypse-themed movie "2012" has been leaked online, a week before its planned October 27 debut.

The song and its music video were to premiere at screenings of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" film. But "Time for Miracles" hit iTunes's Italy store over the weekend and users have since posted it on YouTube, where it can be downloaded for free.

"Time for Miracles" was produced by Rob Cavallo, who is also said to have collaborated with Lambert on his debut album, which is set for release on November 23.

Lambert, who wowed "American Idol" audiences when he was a contestant on the top-rated TV talent show, has been recording material for his solo debut with hitmakers such as Max Martin, Pink, Linda Perry and Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald.
