Santa Monica, CA, United States (AHN) - VH1 will be bringing four brand new star-studded reality series to viewers this April. Sibling singers Brandy and Ray J and TLC star Chilli lead the new line-up of shows for the cable channel.
The first offering is hour-long series "Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business," a new show that will allow viewers and fans of the brother-and-sister duo a glimpse into their lives as they run their family business, the Rn'B Productions.
In the half-hour docu-soap "Basketball Wives," viewers will get to see the inside lives of wives and girlfriends of some of NBA's stars. Shaunie O'Neal, the estranged wife of Shaquille O'Neal, will lead the cast and will also work as an executive producer.
"What Chilli Wants" will focus on TLC star Rozonda Thomas, more famously known as Chilli, on her quest to find the perfect man. Her friends say she can't find a good man because her checklist prevents her from doing so. Chilli's checklist, her catalog of standards and traits her dating prospect must meet, is said to be too high and unrealistic. Now, relationship expert Tionna Smalls will help her break down her impossible criteria and introduce her to hundreds of men.
Finally, "VH1 Tough Love Couples" is back with an all-new twist. Matchmaking mother-and-son team, Steve and JoAnn Ward, will welcome six couples on the brink of getting engaged or breaking up. Over the course of eight weeks, the matchmakers will put the couples to the test to see if they are right for each other.
"Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business," "Basketball Wives," and "What Chilli Wants" will premiere on VH1 on April 11, while "VH1 Tough Love Couples" will hit TV screens on April 12.
