SEOUL, May 18 - Seoul shares opened lower on Monday after falls on Wall Street on Friday, with news that North Korea canceled a deal with South Korea on a factory park in the North adding further pressure.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index <.KS11> was down 0.44 percent to 1,385.67 points as of 0003 GMT.
