The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> gained 20.29 points, or 0.17 percent, to 12,062.26. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> rose 3.07 points, or 0.24 percent, to 1,307.10. The Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> added 4.32 points, or 0.16 percent, to 2,753.88. [.N] * Oil rebounded on Friday, with Brent still above $102, with the focus on Egypt's volatile situation ahead of Friday prayers, and U.S. employment data that will give direction to prices later in the day. Brent crude for March <LCOc1> gained 34 cents to $102.10 a barrel at 0315 GMT after touching $103.37 on Thursday, the highest intraday price since Sept. 26 2008, while U.S. crude <CLc1> rose 40 cents to $90.94.
