Aberdeen, United Kingdom (AHN) - A British man has been fined $900.00 after he drunkenly swung his genitals at a female British police officer.
According to authorities police were called to the home of Marium Varnauskas , 28, by his girlfriend. The original complaint had the girlfriend complaining of Varinauskas' drunken behavior.
However things escalated when police arrived. Varinauskas jumped on the couch exposed his genitals and began thrusting in the officer's face. According to a spokesman the female officer was forced to duck and take evasive action to avoid being hit.
Varinauskas who was drunk at the time is pleading guilty but says he has no memory of the incident. His lawyer says Varinauskas has never been as drunk as he was that night. Aside from apologizing profusely for his actions he is extremely embarrassed and has sworn off binge drinking.
The officer who was threatened, suffered no injuries.
