Yonhap news agency cited an unidentified government official as saying Sunday that the three nations have tentatively agreed to meet in Fukuoka in southern Japan on Dec. 14. The meeting would bring together South Korean President Lee Myung-bak, Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao. Yonhap said the leaders of the three countries have met together on the sidelines of international forums but it would be the first time for them to hold a separate three-way meeting. Officials at Lee's office and the Japanese and Chinese embassies were not immediately available for comment.
