The September contract <KTBc1> was up 1 tick at 111.32 at 0035 GMT, after gaining 20 ticks on Thursday. "There's some sense of caution in the market now after yesterday's gains, especially as U.S. Treasury debt prices eased overnight," said Kong Dong-rak, a fixed-income analyst at Taurus Investment & Securities. The Bank of Korea kept the policy interest rate on hold as expected on Thursday, but flagged a rate rise as soon as next month by playing down a slowdown in the global economy and suggesting curbing inflation was its top task.
