GAZA (Reuters) - An Israeli air strike killed four Palestinian militants in the northern Gaza Strip on Sunday, Palestinian medical workers and the Israeli military said, as a five-month-old ceasefire continued to unravel.

The Israeli military said the air strike, east of Gaza City, targeted gunmen preparing to fire rockets toward Israel.
