  • Audiocodes Hunt Group routing table and its Routing Manipulation
After configuring audiocodes to work with asterisk, one thing need to be done properly, to make audiocodes just route the ip call to PSTN the way asterisk want it.

on my case here, I have my asterisk adding prefix 011 and 012 before sending it to any FXO gateway attached to my asterisk, the problem is audiocodes by default will use hunting system and use any available FXO to make a call, which I dont want it to be happen as every port is attached to different provider and I want the call to be routed properly to save the cost (and cost calcula

People sometimes got lazy just to enter information such thing like this below :

Slideshow: Full Photo Coverage: Personal Technology TOKYO (AFP) - – Mobile phone subscriptions are spreading fast and due to reach 120,000 early next year in communist North Korea, where an Egyptian provider started a service a year ago, a press report said Tuesday. The joint venture with Egypt's Orascom, named Koryolink, has set up a third-generation mobile network, according to official North Korean media. "It is a bigger-than-expected success," the marketing manager of the telecom joint venture was quoted as telling a visiting Japanese researcher on East Asian affairs, Masayuki Aramaki, in Pyongyang, Jiji Press reported. The hardline communist state is known for its human rights abuses and for its tight controls on outside information, for example, by fixing the tuners of radios and television sets to official state-run stations. But the company manager, whose name was not given, was quoted as saying that cell phone use was not only spreading among the political and business elite but also citizens in the showcase capital of Pyongyang. "Scenes of citizens actually using mobile phones in the streets have served as a big advertisement," the manager was quoted as saying. Beijing-based Aramaki, who has frequently visited North Korea for social surveys, told Jiji: "The explosive spread of mobile phones in Pyongyang is a change which may be called a living revolution." North Korea began a mobile phone service in November 2002 but shut it down without explanation 18 months later and began recalling handsets. This year North Korea's official media has said that the country was expanding its telecom network nationwide, laying fibre-optic cables from the capital to all provinces, and renovating its broadcasting sector. Mobile phones in use in Pyongyang are made in neighbouring China and priced at 200 euros (about 300 dollars) each, Jiji said. They operate on pre-paid cards priced at three euros and five euros.
