Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN) - Shakira is ready to take her hip-shaking on the road yet again for her 2010 global tour. The “She Wolf” singer is unleashing her latest show in North America first.
Shakira has only announced three dates so far: a September 21st date at Madison Square Garden in New York, an October 8th date at the Toyota Center in Houston, and October 23rd at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
The tour, which promises to push the limits of the live concert experience, will hit additional cities yet to be announced. Pre-sales for fan club members begin May 3rd, with general on-sales for tickets will begin May 7th.
To offer the best affordability for fans, Shakira also plans on making a limited quantity of tickets available for only $9.50 for her shows.
Shakira’s 2010 Tour is her first since she wrapped her Oral Fixation Tour in 2007. It’s also her first tour in support of her last album, “She Wolf.” She’s expected to release a Spanish-language follow-up later this year.
Shakira 2010 Tour:
Sept 21 - New York, Madison Square Garden
Oct 8 - Houston, Toyota Center
Oct 23 - Los Angeles, Staples Center
