Banks said at the stand, "I fear for my safety. I feel extremely vulnerable. I fear the safety of my staff. My family. The people in my vicinity." Prosecutors claimed that Green threatened to slit the throat of an employee who refused to give him the address to the "America's Next Top Model" creator's studio, which the defense team denied. The former swimsuit model recalled that she was at work in March last year and was about to leave when her staff wouldn't allow her to exit her dressing room. She said, "I know I have fans, but I've never in my entire career had my staff act this way." Green was arrested by police on that day. His lawyers argued that Green was just a simple fan who was deeply moved by her shows. He faces up to 90 days imprisonment if convicted.
