Four to five hurt in Moscow market blast: news agencies

MOSCOW (AFP) - - At least four people were injured in a mid-afternoon explosion on Saturday in a market in the south of the Russian capital Moscow, three Russian news agencies reported.
Interfax quoted a police official as saying that five people were hurt, with the extent of their injuries unknown, while Ria Novosti and Itar-Tass put the casualty toll at four.
The cause of the explosion, near a subway station, was not immediately known. Contacted by AFP, Moscow police refused to comment.
