Bridge linking Stadium Crescent and Tanjung Rhu to open on Sunday
Channel NewsAsia - Sunday, November 30
SINGAPORE: A new bridge linking Tanjong Rhu Road with Stadium Crescent and Stadium Walk will open on Sunday.
The 130 metre dual carriageway will offer direct access between the Tanjong Rhu and Kallang areas.
Motorists will also have access to city areas through Nicoll Highway, and travel time can be expected to be cut by five minutes.
The Land Transport Authority says the bridge will help to ease traffic along Mountbatten Road and Fort Road.
