ShareThis February 12, 2010 2:48 p.m. EST Topics: television, music, arts, culture and entertainment, United States Anthony Jones - Celebrity News Service Reporter Los Angeles, CA, United States (CNS) - Last year, Disney's Friends for Change made a splash with the single "Send It On," which featured Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, and the Jonas Brothers, and climbed up the digital charts with 100% of the proceeds benefitting Disney's Project Green. Now they'll make a wave with a duet between "Camp Rock 2" stars Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato titled "Make a Wave." The Disney stars performed the environment-friendly track during a "Celebrate Family Volunteers" event at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. The track, which features the lyrics "just a pebble in the water can set the sea in motion, a simple act of kindness can stir the deepest ocean," is scheduled to debut on Radio Disney on February 26th. The video will premiere on Disney Channel on March 14th, with the track hitting iTunes on March 15th. All proceeds will again benefit the environmental charities working with Disney on their Worldwide Conservation Fund. "Send It On" has raised over $500,000 for conversation projects since it was released last year. "Make a Wave" will also be featured in the upcoming Disney film "Oceans," a follow-up to last year's "Earth." The second film released under Disneynature films, Disney will also make contributions to conservation funds from every ticket sold to "Oceans." "Oceans" hits theaters on Earth Day, April 22nd.
